I am from North Manchester but currently live in the south of the city, I  have always had a natural interest in people, and listening to their stories. I enjoy drawing the best out of people.

I have worked for many years within the funeral profession as a funeral arranger which has helped me to understand that finding the right celebrant is very important. The celebrant acts as story teller on the day of a funeral and being the right story teller is important. Whilst I am able to adapt to your needs, I am also confident enough to tell you if I am not right to deliver the service. It is important to me that you feel I am right for you, if you are not happy then please let me know or your funeral director.

I am independent which means that I have no affiliation with any funeral director, this allows me to be able to help many families when it comes to saying goodbye to their loved one.

As a civil celebrant I do not preach any religion, but unlike humanists I am able to lead prayer and read scripture if that is what you would like from your funeral service. I work closely with you to develop the service that is right for your loved one, but also for those left behind.

I have a relaxed approach to work, and try to dispense with some of the formality around funerals I find that this helps when talking about your loved one and we are able to make the experience easier than it can be.
